PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
Łaszczuk i Wspólnicy sp. j. with its registered seat in Warsaw, pl. Piłsudskiego 2, 00-073 Warszawa (hereinafter “ŁiW”) is greatly committed to protecting privacy of persons visiting the web portal www.arbitraz.laszczuk.pl (hereinafter “Portal”). We want everyone visiting our website to know how they can protect their privacy. Therefore, we encourage all visitors to read our Privacy Policy.
According to the General Data Protection Regulation ŁiW is the data controller of personal data shared by the Portal users or collected automatically from them. This means that we are responsible for using these data safely and lawfully.ŁiW has automatic access to public IP addresses that the visitors use to view the information content of the Portal and to weblog data (http quires). The data collected are used only to administrate the Portal and for statistical purposes, except for the cases described below in “Newsletter”. The basis for processing of personal data is to pursue our legitimate interests of the data controller in the form of administration and operating of the Portal (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data collected can serve as a basis for generating statistics that help administer the Portal. Those statistics do not contain any characteristics identifying the persons visiting the Portal
The data collected will not be processed for longer than necessary to administer and operate the Portal. We may share the data with processors processing data on our behalf, participating in performance of our processing activities, i.e. entities providing us with services for our IT systems and with IT tools, including hosting.
ŁiW will not make with respect to visitors of the Portal any personal data based automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling. Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
Pursuant to GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have them corrected, deleted or their processing limited, as well as the right to object against such processing, the right to data portability and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
COOKIES
ŁiW uses cookies make using the Portal easier for visitors and to generate anonymous statistics. Cookies are information technology data, in particular text files sent by an Internet service visited by an Internet user to the user’s device (PC, smartphone, tablet computer etc.), and are intended for use of Internet websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website that has sent them, their lifetime and unique number.
The Portal uses only the cookies employed by the Google Analytics tool that we use. Therefore, we kindly ask you to also read the details of the Google privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en)

NEWSLETTER
The Newsletter service makes it possible for all registered users to receive via email information selected by the editorial team of arbitraz.laszczuk.pl concerning arbitration in Poland and abroad. Use of the Newsletter service is voluntary. The Newsletter service is provided only to persons that have registered correctly.
To provide the Newsletter service ŁiW collects from the interested parties their email addresses. The interested parties may also share their name and surname and place of work, which will make it possible to tailor the content of the Newsletter to the needs of the service recipients.
ŁiW is the controller of personal data of persons who have registered for the purposes of the Newsletter. Personal data including email address, name and surname and place of work are collected by ŁiW solely to be processed for the purpose of delivery of the Newsletter service based on the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The consent granted to us can be revoked at any time (which shall not affect the legality of the processing of the personal data prior to revocation of the consent).
The data we collect will be processed no longer than necessary for provision of the Newsletter or until the user’s consent is revoked. After that time, they may be processed for the period of limitation of potential claims

Newsletter Service Registration Process
In order to register, you need to:
- visit www.arbitraz.laszczuk.pl
- read the Privacy Policy, which needs to be confirmed by ticking of a relevant box
- fill in an electronic form by entering into the field “your email” the email address to which subsequent editions of the Newsletter are to be sent. The entered email address needs to belong or be at the disposal of the registering person. It is also possible to indicate in relevant fields the name and surname and the place of work of the registering person
- grant consent to processing of personal data by ŁiW for the purpose of receiving the Newsletter service. The consent needs to be confirmed by clicking on the tick bock next to the accepted wording
- grant consent to receiving from ŁiW of commercial information in the form of the Newsletter through means of electronic communication. The consent needs to be confirmed by clicking on the tick bock next to the accepted wording
- grant consent to receiving from ŁiW of direct marketing through telecommunications terminal devices (telephone, tablet computer, PC with Internet access). The consent needs to be confirmed by clicking on the tick bock next to the accepted wording
- click “Register”.
Upon completion of the above activities, a message will be sent to the provided email address containing a link to the registration verification process.
In order to activate the Newsletter service, you need to log into your email account and click on the link to the registration verification process that we have sent. This operation will result in the email address indicated in the registration process being added to the Newsletter service distribution list. The registration process is now completed.
Upon completion of the registration process, the editorial team of arbitraz.laszczuk.pl will send to the registered address subsequent editions of the Newsletter containing information about arbitration in Poland and abroad.
Data Deregistration Process
In order to have data removed from the Newsletter service distribution list, you need to:
- Evisit www.arbitraz.laszczuk.pl
- click the Newsletter link. Clicking the link will open the “Newsletter Registration” page;
- in the field “Your email” enter the email address that you want to have removed from the Newsletter service distribution list;
- click the button “Unsubscribe”
Upon completion of the above activities, a message will be sent to the provided email address containing a link to a page making it possible to safely delete the email address and other data from the Newsletter service distribution list.
In order to unsubscribe from the Newsletter, you need to log into your email box and click the link sent, providing authorized access to the page making it possible to having the email address and other data removed from the Newsletter service distribution list.
The email address and other data from the Newsletter service distribution list will be deleted after you click on the authorization link sent to the e-mail address.
In order to change the email address or other data from the Newsletter service distribution list you need to complete the aforementioned data deregistration process and then register anew.
