Our arbitration portal has been online for thirteen years. During this time, hundreds of new publications have been added to the Polish Arbitration Bibliography. The coverage of the bibliography has also been expanded to include not just arbitration publications from Poland, but also foreign publications about arbitration in Poland and items by Polish authors published abroad. We continually update and expand the database of arbitration case law, which now includes over 350 cases—the largest collection of arbitration-related rulings available at a single website.

Every month we distribute our Newsletter to interested persons, with information about important changes in arbitration law and rules, the latest decisions, publications, and current events devoted to arbitration. If you would like to receive the Newsletter, we encourage you to subscribe.

Arbitration is attracting more and more interest in Poland as an alternative method for resolving disputes. The number of publications and conferences devoted to arbitration is also growing. We are happy to learn that the portal is useful to our readers in their professional practice and scholarly research. We are particularly pleased that the portal is consulted by readers from around the world. We would like the availability of knowledge about arbitration in Poland to help the country gain more recognition as a forum for arbitration.
