• 2.05pm – Alexander Lecture – 'The future of dispute resolution', by Professor Richard Susskind OBE.
• 2.40pm – Q&A session.
• 3.10pm – Closing remarks, by Catherine Dixon, CIArb Director General).

Attendance to this event is free of charge but pre-registration is a must.
