On 28 November, in London, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators holds the conference on selected topics in the areas of arbitration, mediation and construction adjudication.

The conference will cover following topics:

• Second panel session (Disputes that cross borders - international investment, trade and shipping. Where public meets private)
• Third panel session (Alternative Dispute Resolution and the matters of global importance: Sovereign immunity, climate change and security of critical infrastructure)
