On 3 November 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine, Kiеv Arbitration Days 2017 are held. The conference is under the auspices of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

The KAD 2017 will bring together world-class dispute resolution practitioners and prominent arbitration experts to discuss problems and perspectives of international arbitration.

The issues discussed at the conference include emergency arbitration, expedited procedures, witness examination, confidentiality and alternative funding.
