On 8 November 2010 in Stockholm a conference Resolving Disputes in Today's China: A Case Study will be co-hosted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

The conference will focus around a dispute scenario involving a joint venture in China. Sessions will track the joint venture from the beginning to end through mediation, arbitration and litigation, as well as touch upon trademark disputes and labour disputes.
