The section includes the texts of international treaties and conventions, European Union law, the Polish arbitration law as set forth in the Civil Procedure Code (current and archival versions), and arbitration-related regulations included in other specific laws. This section even includes historic texts of the civil procedure provisions concerning arbitration which were in force in Polish lands prior to entry into force of Poland’s own Civil Procedure Code of 1930.
