On 14 February 2018, in Warsaw, a conference “Should I Stay or Should I Go? Challenge of an Arbitrator” will be held. The conference is organised by the team of students representing the University of Warsaw at the Vis Moot Court under supervision of Rafał Morek, Ph.D. and the Center for Conflict and Dispute Resolution.
The program of the conference includes:
- panel: ‘Independence and impartiality of an arbitrator: The best practices in protecting the values of arbitration’;
- debate: ‘Should third party funding in international arbitration and litigation be regulated?’;
- panel: ‘New challenges on the horizon’.
On 15-16 February 2018, at the University of Warsaw, 10th Arbitration Moot will be held. Teams from Poland, Germany, France and Ukraine will compete during the Moot, as a preparation for the Vis Moot Court.
