“Arbitration in Poland” Published by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce
In January 2012, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce released a publication titled “Arbitration in Poland”. The English language publication covering the most important issues of the subject will promote Polish arbitration.
It also includes the Rules of the Court of Arbitration at PCC and an English translation of Part V of the Polish Civil Code (covering arbitration). The publication responds to increasing interest of international business in Polish arbitration facilitated by Poland’s strong economic and investment position, by its modern arbitration infrastructure both in terms of conducting arbitration and enforcing them before Polish courts as well as by the expertise and commitment of Polish arbitration environment.
